TgS Training

In order to get a competitive clan I think we must implement a Training Program so less skilled members can improve his skills and (hopefully) have the same (or better) level of competitiveness by playing with the most skilled ones. Fot this I need you to post your time zone please, so we can schedule training dates only if you agree with this idea.
If you vote NO, please reply explaining why.

I dont know is this going to happen...but I will schedule some time to practice according to your timezones, also I need to do some thinking about how we are going to train (mode, map, etc), one thing for sure is that I think we wil need to use skype or something for better communication when we do matches....now that you bumped this old thread... then give me some little more time. thx

Well I think we should use TeamSpeak, Skype lags you pretty hard but it is good enough for now. Lucky and I use it when we play clan matches and just on Hi-Skill :0

It is very fun listening to voices lol.

Guys, I think everyone should share their skype username based on what Praetor said. Skype is very important in communication, so hope you all sign up for that. It is really simple to register on Skype. :/

I F1 this idea

its very good infact this is how i trained when i first started in clan but therefore we need a new server with good general ping for all players

and we need to be active alot

Well Kush you can download it....some are free of charge (VoIP service). Also one thing is don't have the software and another I don't want to use the software...

On the other hand, if this happens we should elaborate some premade statements(simple and concrete) to avoid using bandwidht and thus lag, as well as some codenames to designate specific places inside a map. Any help/seggestion/constructive critic is welcome.
